Claire's first "proper" song, "Don't Lose Your Faith", was originally composed and recorded at home on her PC with simple keyboard instrumentation. It was later recorded at ICC Studios, Eastbourne, with the King's Band, and released as a demo.

"If I had a voice" was written by Claire after researching the plight of whales as part of her GCSE course. Whales have been hunted for their meat and other products for many years, which has led to some species facing extinction. The song takes the part of a whale, a highly intelligent mammal, who cannot understand the greed and barbarism of mankind, and imagines what the whale say to man...if he could speak!

"To Be Me" was recorded in September 2002 as part of a personal project Claire did at Fairbridge's Offbeat Studio.

"Memories" was inspired as a tribute to Claire's good friend who died recently from a heart condition.

"Love and Courage" was written and performed by Claire as part of a joint US/UK youth charities project, giving young people the chance to produce and record with professional musicians from London, New York and Miami. The song has had recent radio airplay in the UK.

"Take Control" was written in 2004 and explores a more dynamic vocal style.
