Claire was born at Maidstone Hospital on 14th. November, 1985. She has two sisters, Wendy and Sarah, and two brothers, Peter and Sam.

She has lived in the Medway Towns, Kent, for most of her life.

Formerly a pupil at Meopham School in Kent, she is now studying for a First Diploma in Music at Mid-Kent College.

Claire is a Christian and her faith is very important to her.

Claire began songwriting in 1999 and started recording her music in the following year. She would like to follow a career as a professional singer and songwriter, but knows there is a lot of hard work ahead!

Claire has performed in public at a number of local events as well as at a fundraising event at the London Imax in 2004. She also has been involved with the house band from Offbeat Studios, part of Fairbridge in Kent, a charity supporting inner city youth.

In November, 2001, Claire wrote a song which made it to the final 10 in the "Songsearch" competition on London's Premier Radio.

In 2003, Claire was the runner-up in the "Star 4 Medway" talent contest. Click here for a video.

When she isn't singing, Claire enjoys hanging around with her mates, having and laugh and being an all-round normal person.

Claire's current musical influences are very wide and varied, but she has drawn recent inspiration from Pink and Evanescence.
